Low energy retrofit of an 1880’s Victorian building to achieve a true low energy residential project. We achieved an A EPC for the building. The works were completed in August 2022. Taking a ‘fabric first’ approach, we were able to reduce our energy demand substantially through insulation, airtightness, thermal bridging measures and ventilation with heat recovery. The building has an air to water heat pump and a 5.2kW solar array.
