As strong proponents of passive design and healthy buildings, at CIA+D, we pursue a holistic strategy for health and wellbeing in the built environment with our people-first approach to architecture and development.

We offer a range of tailored services including design, planning, masterplanning, project management, construction management and sustainability consultancy.  We approach the development or upgrade of a single building essentially as the development of the urban fabric, with health and wellbeing of end users at the core.

Chika Igwe, our founder director, is an Architecture and Urban Design professional, a WELL Faculty, WELL AP and an accredited PRINCE2 Practitioner, with over 30 years experience in the built environment.
