Lomas and Mitchell Architects is a Chartered Architects Practice in Chesterfield with a portfolio of successfully completed private residential and commercial projects. We have a commitment to low energy construction and experience in Passivhaus projects. Custom and Self Build projects include new energy-efficient dwellings, complex extensions, barn conversions, work to listed buildings and those in conservation areas. We have completed residential projects in city centres, the suburbs and green belt, from Paragraph 79 unique homes and large barn conversions to smaller extensions and internal alterations projects, where our design skills can add value.We have completed two Passivhaus projects (not certified) and an Enerphit standard stables conversion project, also in Derbyshire.
