Oxley Conservation is an historic buildings consultancy established in 1997 by Richard Oxley, a qualified Chartered Surveyor. We offer a broad spectrum of consultancy services to owners and custodians of all types of old buildings which go beyond traditional building surveys and encompass project management, specification and supervision of conservation repairs, design, environmental assessments as well as planning, listed building and grant funding applications.
