Passivhaus Contracts was created by Mark Baker, Brian Murphy and David Hall coming together with passion and enthusiasm to construct energy efficient, low carbon, sustainable Passivhaus buildings.
We offer a turn-key solution for the entire project or a design and build route constructing the building envelope (including windows and air tightness) for others to complete the fit-out and decor.
We are driven by innovation, energy efficiency and sustainability underpinned by passivhaus principles so whatever you are planning to be built with a requirement for exceptional energy efficiency, draught-free, comfortable and quiet environment we can help!
The business is based in Kent however we undertake projects across the UK and further afield.
