Construction of a timber framed 2-bed dormer bungalow. Works included foundations, drainage, block and beam flooring with locally sourced timber frame with brick surround and slate tile roof. Installation of a high-quality kitchen and bathroom, flooring and decoration throughout. Excellent build quality contributed to the achievement of an airtight rating of below 2m3/h/m2.

Extensive refurbishment of a four-storey town house to create 13 new one or two-bed apartments. The works included the removal of all internal elements of the building back to shell, installation of new steel supports to ensure structural integrity, new staircases and installation of internal and external lifts. The new apartments had new walls, ceilings and flooring and were decorated throughout. New double glazed windows with solar reflective glass were installed along with cavity wall insulation, roof insulation and natural slate roof covering. Welsh Housing Quality Standard and RNIB standard kitchens and bathrooms installed in each apartment. BREEAM Very Good.

Rebuild of 4 residential units and external wall insulation. Works comprised the erection of two timber frame structures, external wall insulation and insulated render finish, new floor joints and flooring, double pitched roof and insulation, drainage, external concrete staircase, new double glazed windows and external doors. Internal walls and partitions were erected, and internal doors fitted. Decoration throughout with new flooring, installation of new kitchen and bathroom units including disabled user items and M&E works.
