Swaffham
A contemporary house to replace an existing dwelling on the site. A central glazed atrium gives the impression of two separate, smaller, houses joined together and in combination with low eaves this house sits comfortably into its rural position next to a stream.
Spalding
Bespoke new residential dwelling in Spalding, Norfolk. The property has been carefully designed to not impose on its ecological setting within and spanning over a pond. Low energy, simplistic and carefully considered A-frame design to simplify the design and also to economise the construction cost.
Hunstanton
This small 1930’s bungalow was in need of some attention when we first saw it. The brief to provide a light and airy interior was achieved by adding large dormer windows to the first floor and large French doors to the rear onto the garden. A new linking extension and the newly-converted garage combine to provide sheltered, semi-independent, living space for a grand-parent.
