This month’s AECB meet up is our first site visit for years. Olly Cooper’s has kindly invited us to look at his newly retrofitted house in Garlic Row, Cambridge
It will be complete but not yet occupied and is an early 20th century semi, now featuring an ASHP, woodfibre internal wall insulation, MVHR, very good airtightness, masses of loft insulation and suspended floor insulation, photovoltaics.
Drawings, Pasivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) modelling and photos from the project will be pinned up.
All are welcome, whether experienced eco-builder or novice/just interested!! I’ll bring some mince pies.
