        Hello, can anyone recommend a trusted building surveyour to survey a 1860s property in Oxford, prior to a deep retrofit to EnerPHit standard? Ideally, we are looking for someone who is familiar with this type of a property ( Victorian, solid masonry walls, timber joists) and can help with assessing current issues with moisture in masonry and timber, prior to developing a deep retrofit design.  Thanks in advance for any recommensations!
