        Is there a database of studies of completed sustainable refurbs.
        Or even single studies.
        Energy consumption, costs, analysis of what work was carried out.
        etc.

        I am advising on the refurb of a College building of about 40 sets (rooms) in a listed stone building.
        Sadly this is not my job, just advising someone on the college development committee.

          You could start with the Low Energy Building Database, unfortunately it doesn't cover costs.
