        Thought some of you might find this recent article (below) interesting.

        I would be interested to hear how others read the table at the bottom.
        It either needs more explanation or there is something I'm missing, as a 'hard to treat' property is shown to have fuel bills that rise from £97 to £630 whilst its EPC rating goes from E to B:

          …looks like there is a zero missing after the £97 – an initial figure of £970 would make sense of the 35% saving reported in that part of the table, and the £350 cumulative savings in the big table
