Thermal survey and structural design in Shropshire/Midlands

Hello.  I am making some triple glazed timber windows for our 1920s house which has 2 large bays on the front with a single skin layer of brick between the ground floor bay and the upstairs bay.  The brick continues above the upstairs bay/dormer.  Essentially I want to replace the whole lot with a sustainable/thermally efficient solution that meets building regulations, and that works with triple glazed timber windows.  Therefore I need some structural engineering advice (timber is undoubtedly my first choice for the front construction). I also want a thermal imaging survey of our property to see if the cavity wall insulation that is in the walls, is working effectively.

Does anyone know of any companies that would offer this advice in the Shropshire/Midlands area?
