Go to Forum Home › CarbonLite Retrofit Training Course Discussion › What is the AECB position on filling cavity walls with polystyrene beads?
It would be good to understand the AECB position from both a building physics point of view and environmental viewpoint. Should a cavity be filled? Is there an alternative inert material that would not transmit moisture across the cavity that is natural or recycled?
