Soapbox: ‘Hard science can convince the hardest noses – just show them the figures’

This month’s soapbox sounds a positive note for spring! While hard-nosed commercial developers may rightly be sceptical of investing in greenwash, Gary Wilburn, Creative Director at HPW Architecture, has found that even uninterested developers can be persuaded to adopt a low energy approach – if you show them you are using hard science, and show them the figures.
