The AECB are excited to announce the re-launch of our webinar series. The first session will be Thursday 2nd of March at 12pm, this will be a 30 minute presentation followed by a Q&A discussion. The first speaker will be Dr Steven Fawkes, who will be discussing the decarbonisation efforts of commercial real estate investors, specifically the environment they operate in and the financial factors that drive their actions.
Dr. Steven Fawkes has over 30 years experience in energy efficiency including delivering large energy management programmes, co-founding three energy service companies, and implementing innovative energy services transactions. In 2012 he founded EnergyPro, now part of the ep group, as a consultancy which advises corporates, investors, governments and multi-laterals on the energy transition.
The ep group also includes; ep Asset Management, which has a JV with India’s publicly owned Super-ESCO, EESL, which has invested more than £60m into UK energy transition companies; ep impact which catalyses capital into energy transition companies and projects, and ep projects which is an architecture and design practice focused on net zero and regenerative developments. Steve has received awards from the Energy Institute, the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy and the Indian Business Group. He presents globally and has written more than 350 publications on energy efficiency including three books and a regular blog at www.onlyelevenpercent.com
