The Enterprise Centre, one of the most sustainable buildings in Europe has been announced as the 2016 winner in the built environment category of the Guardian Sustainable Business Awards.

This low carbon, thatch clad building is the University of East Anglia’s newest, greenest building and was purpose built to deliver the university’s enterprise activities alongside teaching.  It is managed by the Adapt Low Carbon Group.

This award winning  building is the venue for our 2016 Conference being held on 15th and 16th July.  This will be a unique opportunity to hear first hand from the team responsible for this Passivhaus and BREEAM Outstanding building, the Adapt Low Carbon Group which commissioned the building along with its artchitecture and construction partners and the Master Thatcher responsible for the thatched external walls. The enterprise centre interior
