AECB member The Tooley & Foster Partnership won the Sustainable Larger Housing Project of the Year award at the 2012 Sustainable Housing Awards for their scheme at New Cranes Court in Basildon, which provides 28 carbon neutral dwellings to Code Level 6. They are now finalists at the Sustain’ Awards 2013 in the Development category for the same scheme.

Tooley & Foster are currently working on a Passivhaus in Oxfordshire under the direction of their Certified Passivhaus Designer Peter Ranken.
