The latest column from Andrew Warren is now appearing in this month’s issue of Energy in Buildings & Industry magazine.  In the report Andrew discusses how the Government is now committed to cutting energy consumption by 15% during this decade.

In this article, he looks at a project, originally proposed back in 2010, aimed at less energy intensive businesses, and suggests how it might usefully be reinvigorated.
