Sussex’s own thermal imaging specialist Gardner & Scardifield Energy has recently added Spitalfields and now the National House Building Council (NHBC) to its growing list of clients.

The NHBC contacted G&S Energy to help verify snagging defects on a new build property covered by the NHBC Buildmark policy. Our thermal imaging inspection was able to identify areas of poorly fitted insulation, missing cavity seals, air and moisture ingress and faults in underfloor heating quickly and without extensive intrusion.
