Post: Conker new office

We are delighted to have moved into a new low energy office this summer, coinciding with our 25th anniversary. We are located close to the centre of Canterbury ( a short walk from our previous office of 15 years, if you visited us before)  and near the high speed train station at Canterbury West.

We have used I joist construction, triple glazing, MVHR and ASHP to showcase the technology that we promote in our projects, along with zero VOC paints, recycled flooring and LED lighting. The timber frame was constructed off site by Kithurst Homes, and erected by Passivhaus Contracts Ltd who are one of only 2 certified PH tradespersons in Kent (as of Nov 2024). Passivlux supplied our windows, and Built Environment Technology installed the ventilation system. Cladding is sweet chestnut from the local woods, with a transport distance of 2 miles.
