We are a small, dynamic architecture practice specialising exclusively in Passivhaus and low-energy design. With a portfolio of crafted residential and community projects, we are committed to delivering beautiful, high-performance buildings that respond to both people and planet.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and thoughtful Team Lead to join our close-knit studio. This is a pivotal role for someone who is not only a talented designer and project manager, but also a passionate advocate for sustainable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical and design excellence
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive studio culture
  • Act as client point of contact and oversee consultant coordination
  • Champion the integration of Passivhaus principles throughout the design process

About You

  • ARB-registered architect with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Certified Passivhaus Designer or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
  • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
