Collaborative AECB & Passivhaus Trust Local Group for South & West Wales. Born of grassroot advocacy that established PHPP-based analysis as a favourable alternative for social housing, Welsh Government and 23 social landlords have now adopted the approach through the Tai ar y Cyd pattern book project.

The group aims to be inclusive and open to all with nothing hidden behind a paywall. While undeniably a vehicle for introducing the AECB and Passivhaus Trust to newcomers, we also hope to identify some of the opportunities generated by an appetite for better performing buildings and create strong professional networks to support delivery in our region.
