BB Partnership is an architectural practice with long-standing experience across the residential sector, from social housing to high-end private homes, including one-off houses, multi-unit developments and large-scale shared living schemes. The practice has extensive experience working with existing buildings, including listed properties, conservation areas and Green Belt sites. Sustainability and building performance are integral to the practice’s approach, with a particular focus on occupant comfort, health and long-term building quality. BB Partnership applies Passivhaus and low-energy design principles where appropriate, using fabric-first strategies, airtightness and well-considered ventilation to improve comfort and environmental performance. The practice has Certified Passive House Designer expertise and is a graduate of the AECB CarbonLite™ Retrofit Foundation course, with a growing focus on applying low-energy retrofit techniques to existing buildings. BB Partnership strongly values collaborative, technically informed design and maintains active architectural involvement through construction to ensure these principles are effectively delivered on site.
