THIRD STONE LIMITED

Third Stone's Richard Holmes has been involved in environmental issues for 30 years with 25 years in energy and environmental education and management. He is a Low Carbon Consultant for design and operation of buildings via the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE) a Member of the Energy Institute (MEI) and a Chartered Environmentalist. After 10 years working for The UK Energy Saving Trust’s advice network the European Energy Agency network and a local authority Carbon Management Teams Richard set up his own consultancy business (Third Stone Limited) in 2005. He provides an advisory service to all users of energy from the construction industry to businesses and public sector organisations. He has delivered training presentations for various clients including the Building Research Establishment and is a lecturer in Nottingham Trent University’s Business School and School of Architecture.
