We have been supplying Energy Performance Certificates for existing and Newly Built Buildings in both the Domestic and Non-Domestic category for over 10 years. We have a wealth of experience with SAP and SBEM calculations and have in recent years provided more assessments for self-build ICF projects around the country. We are a small busy and friendly company and are happy to discuss projects prior to work starting on site. In fact we would recommend that all new projects have a SAP assessment commissioned before to many decisions are committed to just to make sure that the initial design will meet the requirements of building control.
