The project is a first of its kind in Trafford, demonstrating what’s possible when rigorous design, skilled construction, and a commitment to low-energy principles come together. Progress in Practice, alongside Myzsa Group as Main Contractor, Eco Home Windows,have supported Guy throughout the process, helping to build his understanding of retrofit and Passivhaus construction through site visits, conversations, and hands-on learning. It’s been a brilliant opportunity to share knowledge and shine a spotlight on the realities — and rewards — of delivering high-performance buildings.
