Peplow Studio

We are an architectural design and research practice based in London, specialising in beautiful homes and inspiring places that don't cost the earth. We take a holistic approach to sustainability and are leaders in the emerging field of more-than-human design. We believe, if done right, the creation of healthy and uplifting environments for people goes hand-in-hand with the recovery of the ecosystems we depend upon and the species we live alongside. We are working individually and collaboratively on projects across London, the UK, and Europe, including residential deep retrofits and extensions, alterations to heritage and Listed buildings, and public art and landscape projects. Our research has been exhibited at leading galleries in London and internationally, including as part of our Design Research Residency at the Design Museum, London, and we are involved in education and ongoing research as an Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, a regular Guest Lecturer the Royal College of Art, London, and as a member of the University of Reading's Nature-Centric Catalyst.
