EcoDesign Architecture

EcoDesign is an architectural practice formed in 1996 by Peter Wilkinson and Peter Stott. Project experience includes; housing, commercial, community, educational, infrastructure, historical and listed buildings. As Passivhaus designers we work on low energy, new build and retrofit projects with a focus on occupancy comfort. We have been strong advocates of the use of natural materials and sustainable construction techniques for many years and continue developing pragmatic design solutions. Our membership of the AECB goes back to the association’s founding year of 1989. Peter Wilkinson served the AECB first as a committee member in 2000 and subsequently as a trustee and director of the AECB until 2025, holding the posts of Company Secretary, Board Secretary, Treasurer and Chair, helping to steer the association’s development into the UK's leading building environmental membership organisation that has become well-respected across the UK's and abroad.
