Shirin Alavi Architects is a Sussex based practice dedicated to creating innovative and beautiful architecture sensitive to its natural environment. We focus on private residential projects that range from renovations and conversions to extensions and bespoke new build houses. We aim to create contemporary design distinct from yet respectful towards the existing context driven by a strong belief in a higher quality design solution. We opt for a low maintenance energy efficient construction and where possible utilise non-mechanical heating and ventilation such as passive solar design.
