YZ Building Physics is a specialized consultancy focused on bridging the gap between regulatory compliance and high-performance building design. Led by a qualified OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor), we provide expert energy modeling and building physics advice for new-build residential projects. We are committed to the ‘Fabric First’ principle and are currently expanding our expertise into the Passivhaus standard (Trainee Passivhaus Consultant). Our core focus includes PHPP modeling, thermal bridge analysis, and helping architects achieve Net Zero targets through rigorous technical analysis. We look forward to collaborating with fellow AECB members on environment-conscious projects.
