Woking practice James Williamson Architects has joined the Passivhaus Trust as a Standard member, adding to its AECB membership and its place on the LABC Partner Authority Scheme.
The practice works with homeowners across Surrey on extensions, renovations and the occasional new home, with fabric-first design built in from the first conversation. Most of its projects are existing houses, where the order of work matters more than the products: insulation, airtightness and windows first, then ventilation, then heating sized for the home that results.
