DK Building and Retrofit People specialise in deep retrofit and EnerPHit-standard renovation across the North West. Led by Daniel Kozinski, we have completed full deep retrofit projects including complex loft conversions, wood fibre insulation, lime plastering, airtightness measures, MVHR, and heat pump installations. We work with homeowners, architects, and energy consultants who are serious about building performance. Currently completing our own EnerPHit renovation — a 1930s semi with solar tiles, heat pump, and battery storage.
