Can I pay by invoice rather than card ?
Yes, please email [email protected] stating which product you require, your name and postal address. Please also indicate whether you are a member of the AECB so that we can apply discount to your purchases. We will then send an invoice by email for you to pay via BACS. Please note that product will not be released until payment is received.
I am an AECB member but can’t find the discounted prices for the shop. Do I need a coupon code ?
Before purchasing from the shop please log in to the website. The act of logging in automatically reduces the prices in the shop so that no discount code is required. We reserve the right to not refund the members discount if you’ve not logged in prior to your purchase.
How long does it take to process an order ?
We aim to process orders on a same day basis but please allow 48 hours for your download links to arrive. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
How do I get my PHPP link ?
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with a download link and full instructions on how to access it by creating an account at the Passive House Institute.
I bought PHPP and designPH at the same time but my designPH is not in my account – where is it ?
If you purchase both together please activate your PHPP link before your designPH link. The Passive House Institute always set PHPP up first and then add designPH to your account after.
Do you sell the PHPP manuals ?
Yes, these can be purchased in the shop. If you are a member please log in before completing your purchase to receive your members discount.
