Can I pay by invoice rather than card ?

Yes, please email [email protected] stating which level of membership you require, your name and postal address.  We will send an invoice by email for you to pay via BACS.

 

Where can I find my receipts and paid invoices for my membership fees ?

Please log in to the website and go to “Your Account”.  Once there you will see a “Past Invoices” section where you can download VAT invoices.

 

Can I change my membership level, for example from Sole Trader to Retired ?

Yes, please email [email protected] stating which membership level you require and we will calculate any financial difference for you.

 

How can I cancel my membership ?

This can be done on the “Your Account” page once you are signed in to the website.

 

How do I add/amend my listing in the Members Directory ?

Please go to the “Your Account” page and click on the “Manage your Member Directory profile”.
