Kiss Custom is our turnkey custom build package. It removes the barriers to self-build by bringing to market plots with planning permission for high quality homes that can be customised to customer requirements — enabling self-build without the stress.
Our homes are Passivhaus certified and net zero carbon, they use natural materials wherever possible and marry great design with optimal performance. They are very cost efficient to run — in fact we guarantee zero running costs for 5-years through Octopus Energy for eligible designs. We manufacture in controlled off-site conditions in the UK.
