How to get involved as a sponsor

The AECB’s Re-energise Convention on 14-15 September 2018 will bring together members and non-members for an inspiring programme with fascinating world class speakers, where we will also focus and explore the core values underpinning our renewed strategy, 5 year Plan and Membership Charter.

Taking place in a beautiful new, Big Lottery funded Passivhaus Community Centre in the rural village of Garway in Herefordshire, the Convention provides the ideal opportunity to network and engage with members of the influential and expert AECB community in order to share with them and discuss your new methods, products or services.

This year we will not be accommodating exhibition stands due to space restrictions, however, we are offering options for you to sponsor certain elements of the convention which will provide sponsors with a great opportunity to raise their profile throughout this prestigious 2-day event. The following opportunities are available:

Lunch and refreshments – £2,500

We are looking for a sponsor for lunch and refreshments. In return we will provide the sponsor with space for a pop up banner throughout the entire 2 days and a delegate place. The sponsor will be mentioned and thanked in the opening session, they will have the opportunity for a short speech and they will have branding as a sponsor on all the conference slides and marketing material.

Dinner – £2,500

We are looking for a sponsor for dinner and refreshments. In return we will provide the sponsor with space for a pop up banner throughout the entire 2 days and a delegate place. The sponsor will be mentioned and thanked in the opening session, they will have an opportunity for a short speech and they will have branding as a sponsor on all the conference slides and marketing material.

Evening music for the Friday social gathering – £500

We are having a social evening on the Friday and plan to have a live band. The sponsor for this item will get a mention in the opening session, an opportunity for a short speech and relevant branding on the conference slides and all marketing literature.

Sponsor a student or young professional – £250

We are looking for help to be able to provide free or assisted delegate places to students on the day. The younger generation is key to re-energising the sector and it would be great if we can have more students or young professionals to be able to attend the convention. Your contribution and sponsorship in this area would be greatly appreciated. In return you will be mentioned and thanked for your support in the opening session and you will receive branding as a sponsor on the conference slides and all marketing literature.
