Judy Russell.Neighbour with 1930s property with unbonded polystyrene bead CWI which is damp at low level. Thermal imaging has shown voids evident. DPC has failed and will be rectified. No IWI or EWI fitted. Would it be sensible to remove the beads? How successful is CWI removal? Any assistance appreciated.
