Partially Funded Training – Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings

The Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency and Retrofit of Traditional Buildings is a highly relevant qualification for those who work with traditional buildings, and would like to gain expertise in this area.

We are glad to report that this is now one of the qualifications available for partial funding via The Home Decarbonisation Skills Training Competition Phase 2, for those who reside in England.

Synergy Training Centre is one of the centres that has been approved to provide the partially funded Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings.

We have enjoyed working with the Head of Centre, Harshad Patel, in our recent trial of a ‘recognised prior learning’ route towards gaining a Level 5 Diploma qualification. This is for students that complete our AECB CarbonLite™ Retrofit Coordination course. We have received excellent feedback from the students involved.

In light of this, we are very glad to announce Synergy Training’s success in becoming approved to offer the Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings. This is in partnership with Trade Engine Ltd who will be the recipients of the funding, with the training taking place via Synergy Training Centre.

Their training comes with the benefits of small group sizes, 1:1 support, convenient online training and of course experienced trainers.

If you are interested in taking up this opportunity, and reside in England, please complete this quick form to register your interest with Synergy Training Centre. This will be followed up by an orientation call with Harshad Patel at Synergy Training Centre, about what’s involved.

Synergy Training Centre will also be providing further partially funded courses: Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings;   Level 3 Certificate for Retrofit Assessors;   Level 3 Award in Introduction to Domestic Retrofit

Another of the centres approved to offer the partially funded Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings is Edwards Hart Ltd.

Long established in providing this course, the Edwards Hart Academy initially developed the 2 Day Traditional Building Retrofit course working with CITB’s National Construction College, and since that time has been delivering this course through the Environment Study Centre. Training is being delivered online and available across England.
